Gmina Bobrowniki is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Lipno County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Bobrowniki, which lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) south-west of Lipno and 37 km (23 mi) south-east of Toruń.

The gmina covers an area of 95.55 square kilometres (36.9 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 3,044.
